The Supply Chain Coordinator comprises the coordination and continuous optimization of supply processes. He/She will act as the organizational and communicative link between regional markets and production sites.

 

Further, the jobholder will be an expert for Supply Chain processes and systems. This person will also be responsible for leading strategic/key projects.

職務/主要業務

  • Manage the processes of supporting planning and supply activities relating to goods, for tesa tape inc. including: Receiving, validating and processing forecast numbers
  • Ensure supply safety and on-time delivery to customers at lowest costs possible
  • Ensuring of regional supply along value chain especially under consideration of working capital targets and service levels
  • Inventory optimization and avoidance of obsolete goods
  • Evaluate customer forecast data to ensure data is being transmitted properly, check for discrepancies and work with Customer Care and Sales to resolve any issues that could compromise supply.
  • Creation of midterm demand plan for production sites.
  • Organizational link between Customers/Sales, production plants, warehouses, and suppliers. This could include but is not limited to the following:
    • Consultation of logistics processes and services for key account managers.
    • Negotiation with customers and creation of logistics agreements.
    • Responsible for product launches and phase outs in regards to supply safety and inventory risk.
    • Data analysis - evaluate sales performance to forecast numbers, work with Marketing / Sales colleagues for validation.
    • Optimization of regional Supply Chain processes. Building of cross-functional teams and managing projects. The owner understands business needs and translates them into efficient supply chain solutions.
    • Measures supply chain variances, analyses cause and effect, recommends corrective actions and documents all processes and procedures used and update as changes are made.
    • Shortage prevention management through holistic calculation of demand plans. Decision taking of quantity allocation in shortage situations.
    • Responsible for resolving both the immediate and potential future reocurrence of supply shortages.

雇用の必須条件

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field and at least five years’ experience within the supply chain planning environment preferred
  • Excellent leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams
  • Highly entrepreneurial, process oriented, and a conceptual thinker
  • Proven process improvement and project management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively interact in multi-cultural and international environment
  • Ability to network and build strong relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
  • SAP experience regarding supply chain strongly preferred
  • High analytical and business intelligence skills (i.e. ability to aggregate and visualize data in Excel or similar tools required)
  • Able and willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%
